Error message

Hi,

by some archivs I got (when the index files are created) a dll error message.
When I try to open some directories in the archived post box (where I got the dll error messages) I got the following messages:

The folder metadata file could not be loaded.

Where is the problem?

Thank you for reporting this problem.

“The folder metadata file could not be loaded” indicates that the following folder or its files could not be accessed by the Archive To Go Viewer:

<path to archive><archive name>media-01_metadata

Here are some of the files which should be in the _metadata folder:

0000000a.xml
00000001.xml
00000002.xml
00000003.xml
00000004.xml
00000005.xml
mailbox.xml

As this problem is very unusual, could you provide more detailed information (listed below) please, and send your reply to support@advansyscorp.com?

• What is the full text in English of the “dll error message” that appears while indexing?
• Does the folder “_metadata” exist and can you access it?

  Please send a zipfile of the contents of the “_metadata” folder, and the export log file from the root folder <archive name>.

  The data included in these files includes only message subject, sender and recipient information; it does not include message body text. The data may also include contact names and email addresses, if personal address books were archived.
