Archives held on mapped drives

Archive to Go version 1.1, does not seem to recognise the fact that an groupwise archive is on a mapped drive and will only recognise local c drive archives. For instance Archive on j drive, archive to go will produce a file of the mailbox but not the mapped drive Groupwise archive. If the archive location is changed to c:, it will then produce the file with both the gw archive and mailbox. Groupwise 7.0 sp1interim client and poa/mta etc and archive to go 1.1.

Wondered if this was a known issue. Thanks

Do you have write permission on the mapped folder? If not, try assigning write permission and see if the GroupWise archives can be accessed by Archive To Go.
