Enterprise Proxy – Unusable if identical GW names exist

Hi!

We have multiple POs with identical named accounts. Each account is set for a specific internet domain. This does work fine with GW7.

Trying to add proxy rights in the Formative Solution ONLY displays a NAME.
This field is identical for our accounts.
So we get several entries with the same text in the Add-User Drop-Down box.

There is NO WAY we can select the correct one.

We need additional information to be displayed!
NAME alone is definitely NOT a unique identifier
An additional qualifier (PO) is required.

We have added a “Settings” option which allow you to append the post office and domain with the user-id. We have emailed you the updated applet.
