Anyone can view???

Once exported using either local or Enterprise, can anyone open the Archived data with the viewer? In other words does opening the Archive require any authentication? I want to know if I can export my mailbox and send it on cd to anyone to read using the viewer.

Thank you for your enquiry.

Authentication is not required for viewing an archive created by Archive To Go.

Optional encryption and authentication are features that are on the wish list for Archive To Go. At this stage I have no information about the availability of these features.
