      We have a user that cannot view his GroupWise messages through Archive2Go Viewer. Below is the log file. Any ideas what’s happening and how to fix the problem? Thanks.

        Thanks for reporting the problem. To avoid security breaches in your network I have edited your post to remove IP addresses listed in the log.

        What does the user see? Do any errors appear?

        The log you posted is the audit log. Please send the process log (zipped) to support@advansyscorp.com; you should find this file (named ‘23995.log’, after the account name) in the archive folder.

        Note: the audit log shows that you are using GroupWise 7.0.2 HP. We always recommend using the latest patch for a specific version of GroupWise. For GroupWise 7.0 the latest patch is 7.0.4. While I do not know the specific cause of the problem, it’s possible that upgrading will fix it.
