    As a follow-up, we don’t have any outstanding issues with the OnSend event and we cannot duplicate the problem you describe.

    Are you able to send your applet to us for analysis? As you may appreciate, we cannot support custom solutions and we need to be able to replicate the problem to understand the cause.
