I now realize that the problem is not just confined to the server running Citrix. It happens on all computers we have message saver installed on. It appears as though if we have the option of selecting which attachments to save, that it does not save them properly even though there is a check box next to the attachment we want to save. If we run the message saver without asking which attachment to save, then the attachment is saved correctly. So it appears that there is some sort of problem with the “ask which attachment to save” option. Again, when we do not ask which one to save, it saves all attachments correctly.
