Email Applet Solution with Attachment

I need to be able to send out 20 e-mails every month with numerous attachments to each. It’s a matter of going to a directory (directory name is the same as the person the e-mail should be addressed to), selecting all the files within that specific directory, attaching them to the e-mail, addressing the e-mail, typing in the same subject and message for all 20 e-mails, and sending. I was hoping there is an applet already started to do something similar.

We don’t have any applets currently available that automate the process you describe. We do have the personlized mass email applet that creates messages based on a template and the contents of an address book.

It sounds like it would be straightforward to write an applet to automate this process. Depending on the resources available to you, you might be able to do this yourself, or we could develop something for you.
