Save Attached File to Specified Directory/Folder

Is there an exisiting solution to save a specific attached file to a specific directory when a specicific email arrives? For example: An email arrives from joe@abc.com. Joe always sends me an attachment with an updated file called test.csv. I always want to save this file to the same location.

So when an email arrives from Joe, I want an applet that automatically saves the attachment to a specific directory. Anything like that already out there? Thanks.

I have sent via email an applet that might be of interest to you. The ‘Save Incoming Attachments’ applet saves attachments from incoming message from a specific user. Copy the applet to your local applets directory, then re-start GroupWise. You need to change a couple of constants in the applet to specify the sender details, etc, so you’ll need to be using Formativ Developer or Admin to do this. Instructions on what you need to change are included in the comments area at the top of the applet.
