      Hi I’ve archived a mailbox and archive using archive to go and get the following error message several times in the log:-
      ICSharpCode.SharpZipLib.SharpZipBaseException: Deflated stream ends early.

      Any ideas? Is it ok as a archived copy of their mail?

        Thanks for reporting this problem.

        Unfortunately the data (probably a file attachment) has probably been lost, though this does not mean any data in its ‘owner’ message has been lost. The relevant data may have been unavailable/corrupt in the original GroupWise account.

        Please send the process log from the archive folder and index.log (zipped if larger than 200 KB) to support@advansyscorp.com.

        Is there a message ID associated with this item in the log? If so, and you still have access to the original GroupWise account, you can use the Viewer to open the original message for comparison:

        • Start GroupWise.
        • In the Viewer, go to Tools > Advanced > Open GroupWise Message…, enter the message ID and click OK.
