When starting GroupWise 6.5.1/6.5.2 client with Formative runtime installed on the machine and the applets are stored in the eDirectory we receive D11B error for some GroupWise users (The D11B is notreported on the POA screen).
After that the client start normaly, and we can do everything except running the formative applets. When we wil run a formativ applet we get the following error: “DAX Error: Could not
find the folder object.
When we uninstall the formative runtime client, the GroupWise client starts fine, without the D11B error.
Even when we use the same workstation, with the same formative eDirectory configuration but we use another eDirectory user object, every thing works fine (No errors and the applets are running correct).
Please can you tell us what the problem is and how we can resolve this issue.
