File Assistant

Hello. I wonder if someone can help me. I’ve downloaded and installed File Assistant on a GW6.5 client. When I run it on a new message from a domain that it hasn’t been run on before, it correctly asks me which folder to put it in. However, it never moves messages to the folders. If I run it later, it looks like its running but it doesn’t move any messages. I’ve tried re-installing it but it works the same. Has anyone seen this before?
