Message Saver does not save

I am running Formativ Runtime 2.0 and Message Saver 1.3.1
I have been using Message Saver for more than a year and have not had problems saving an email until now. There is just one message that contain a .zip file and a .pdf file, when i click on message saver, the screen flashes and nothing happens. I tried other messages and i get a window prompting me for the destination folder to save the message, but i do not get that window with this particular message. I have compared the message to other ones, but i don’t see any abnormal characteristics about this particular message.
