Thanks…
I had reduced the date range of the user’s acct and the A2G completed successfully, so it must have choked on a phone message.
I prefer to wait until 7.0.4 is released as I am not having any other problems at this time.
Thanks
Jeff G.
I’m getting the same error… Always at the same point in the archival process. Please help..
I’ve run a complete GWCHECK on the user’s acct (including a structural rebuild) and rebooted the PC I’m using to create the archive.
Here’s the log file…

THAT DID IT!
So often in my job (Desktop Support)I fix wacky problems by “blowing away someone’s profile”. Now I guess it was my turn.
Thanks!!
Thanks for your response.
I would encourage you to work with Novell you get the modify the API, so Enterprise Access can retreive the envelope properties. I’m often asked to archive an account for Human Resource purposes and they complain if they don’t have that info.
I just read this thread because a user reported the problem again.
She had .NET 1.1 and .NET 2.0 on her PC – I re-ran the .NET 2.0 setup in repair mode and it fixed the range check problem!!
Yes, if even fails if I copy the CD to the hard drive and launch the Viewer from the C: drive.
I’ll send you the metadata folder.
Thanks
