We have another big case that this could be critical. Please email to discuss the possibility of purchasing this feature.
I had the same problem. I had to login into both my trees before I was able to access my system.
This was not a problem under 1.5.
So… There is no fix? But it is a known problem?
I would be more than happy to test out this feature, when you include it. I am happy to see that the 2.0 is close to coming out.
What is the road map for the product?
This is a very important feature needed in the US. The federal courts are now requiring that we produce electronic documents in the save format as they are stored. Archive to go does this except the ability to refine the search results and then export those results into another archive to use as the discovery material. If this feature where added I know of at least two agencies here in SC that would purchase your product tomorrow just for this feature. Freedom of Information and Court Discovery requests are starting to pile up and printing them is just not acceptable with the courts and really our time either.
Okay. Looks like I figured it out again. It does not work over a network connection. I have to copy the archives local hard drive to get the find to work. I am hoping this is something that can be corrected in the next release, which btw when is that going to happen.
It looks like it is doing it for all the archives.
Thanks. I figured it out. I was clicking the archive folder itself and not one level down from it.
