Yes, I am experiencing the problem when I Archive, and yes, I would like to test the Beta.
Thank you.
When is the next point release anticipated. This particular issue defeats the purpose for which we purchased the product.
A prompt response will be appreciated.
Thank you.

I have to keep two PCs – one with GW6.5 client and one with 7.0.1 – until we get all of our several hundred POs upgraded.
If Support has any other ideas on a resolution for this, it would be appreciated.

I believe the Trusted App is working appropriately. We have two in the system (both my PCS – one for the PC with 7.0.1. client and one with 6.56 client). When I use the PC with the 6.56 client, it works against the mailbox. When I use the PC with the 7.0.1. client it doesn’t work against a mailbox in any PO that hasn’t been upgraded, but works in the POs that have been upgraded.
March 26, 2006 at 5:09 pm in reply to: Error – Object reference not set to an instance of an object #9209Good Evening,
I have purchased the product and installed license information. I am still experiencing the same problem where I am unable to see the entire GW system. Only displays about 75% of the domains. When I delete and regenerate the trusted app key, I now only see two of my domains (as opposed to 25). Has any progress been made with respect to your note about adding “system caching” support?
December 16, 2005 at 4:57 pm in reply to: Error – Object reference not set to an instance of an object #9210Nothing changed in the system as far as adding domains, post offices, agents, etc. Perhaps some user objects were added, but the time between first and second testing was simply 15 minutes.
We have no external domains.
I did some more troubleshooting since posting by deleting the trusted app object and recreating. Didn’t work first time. Tried it twice more after letting things synchronize, and now it is working. I am reluctant, however, to purchase the full product if it will not work reliably in our tree. We have a very large environment – over 12,000 user objects, about 50 or 60 post offices and about 25 domains. Thank you for your assistance and your quick response.
