Thank you for your enquiry.
Microsoft .NET Framework 1.1 must be installed prior to installing Archive To Go. We are planning to address this issue in version 2.0 which is schedule to release early next year.
You can obtain the .NET Framework 1.1 Redistributable from here:
http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyID=262D25E3-F589-4842-8157-034D1E7CF3A3&displaylang=enPlease install this redistributable before installing Archive To Go. As far as we know, you should be able to run .NET framework 1.1 and 2.0 side by side.
Hope this helps.

The PDF’s have vanished from the email, but the size remains the same.
How you checked the size of the message? Please open the message, select the “Properties” tab and view the “Files” section. The “Files” section shows the size of the message and available attachments size. The removed PDF file should not be exists in that list.
Please note, if the message contains any Mime.822 file then the Mime.822 file will contain all attachments as encoded. To remove the Mime.822 file, you need to select the “Delete Mime.822 attachments” option from the main dialog.
quote:
My mailbox size prior to the delete was 85%, should have dropped considerably, still reading 85% though. The attachments are still in there somewhere.
The Delete Attachments From Selected Messages solution, delete the original message then re-create a new message (preserve the message details) without the attachments. The attachments should not exists in the GroupWise Database once removed from the message. You may need to run the GroupWise maintenance on that account to reclaim the free space.
Hope this helps.

Advansys SupportPlease see the following thread which solve the issue by re-installing Microsoft Script Host:
http://www.advansyscorp.com/forums/topic/9094056972/We have included the FileSystemUtils objects in Formativ language (version 2.0 onwards). The FileSystemUtils object provides file system access methods. Some of the cool solution applets was written prior to Version 2.0. These solutions can be modified to use the methods added to the Formativ language. Example, use the FileSystemUtils instead the ‘Scripting.FileSystemObject’. Please note, most of the cool solutions applets are open source. If you have programming skills in house then feel free to modify the solution to your needs.

You can obtain the configuration by selecting Help – About Formativ… from the GroupWise main menu. When the About Formativ dialog appears, go to the Configuration tab and click the button Copy to clipboard.
Hope this helps.

Advansys SupportWe have added this behaviour to our enhancement database for future R&D.
Please note, all applets supplied to the Novell Cool Solutions Applet Central area are not supported by Novell or Advansys. However, we always try to update the solution (bug fix, enhancement, etc) when the resources becomes available.

Advansys SupportThanks for your post.
This is working as designed, except the mail/journal message the solution create the calendar items in GroupWise as posted message.
One reason I can think of this behaviour is that, if we create the group calendar items in GroupWise then the user need to accept the calendar items. Example, if userA send an appointment to userB then userB need to accept the appointment.
May be different technique can be use to work-around this issue. If you have the programming skill in-house then we can download the open source version and modify the applet. You can also contact our partner: http://www.advansyscorp.com/resellers_formativ.htm
